On 31st August, after six nights of moving on each day, four of them on aires, we decided it was time to chill out for a bit on a campsite. Also, we needed somewhere with a washing machine.

Camping Les Granges was on the banks of the Dordogne. Nearest town, Vayrac, about 3 kms away.

It was a very relaxing place with loads of space. It was due to close in mid September so although we could order fresh bread each day the campsite shop had really run down its supplies.

We really set up camp here, putting our awning out and eating outside. We stayed a total of 4 nights. I enjoyed the free wifi and was able to send a few emails.
