
Sunday, lammas day I understand, IET helped promote local food producers and retailers in a food festival on the wharf. The day was the usual cool, dull with rain threatening. There were other events going on yesterday morning: the Scouts had a car boot and show-off Hebden Bridge was running its vintage vehicle weekend.

Fred shows us how to make butter. The butter bats, which I don't think you can see, were on loan from the local antique shop. So you could purchase them afterwards for £4.50.

There was plenty of choice.
