We all went into Todmorden town centre by walking along the canal towpath.

Dory led most of the way - with Ez running well too.
After the park we had drinks in the Stoodley Bar Café.
This is the hot chocolate sequence.
We looked at the Abraham Ormrod cottage hospital, donated to the town by a philanthropic benefactor now sold off by Calderdale to Netto, who are to demolish it for a car park. Isn't there a song by Joni Mitchel? It's last use was as the town's health centre and as everyone knows Dr. Shipman practiced here. One can easily see IET's famous guerrilla beds in front of the health centre. the runner beans include some of my seedlings.
Danny was interested to see the IET adopted beds at the police station. West Yorkshire Police are already showing off that they have the only urban station with community growing beds.
