On Saturday morning, 12 February, the Apothecary Gardeners group of IET met in the Stoodley café opposite Lidl to discuss planting and events. Then we walked across the road to the Health Centre to clear up the Apothecary Garden after the winter and move a few herbs. Our group was Helena, Sue and Rita.
Helena is in charge because she has the chic boots.
Sue is a real medicinal herbalist and will be the tutor on our IET growing course 'Domestic Herbal Medicine' - in the Spring.
People who are interested just dropped by and chatted about herbs, culinary and medicinal.
