Sold!

We're buying the Hymer. We've paid a deposit and we'll pay the balance and collect it on 15th February. To reiterate its advantages over the Medallion: it can carry 6 people in belted seats (as long as we don't exceed the weight of 3.400 kg) and it's compliant with the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) so we won't risk huge fines if we stray inside the M25. It's also shorter (18 ft 2 ins instead of just over 20 ft) so will be easier to find parking; it has excellent storage spaces and there is a much easier system for waste water disposal. Its main disadvantage is a smaller kitchen area, but no doubt we'll find others when we get to try it.
What we hope is that we'll be able to take people out in it more. With only 3 seatbelts in the Medallion we've been restricted to taking just one other person with us. Now, if they'll let us, we csn take out both Sophie-Anna and Esmé , or Dorelia and Maeve. Or, perhaps, Sophie-Anna, Dorelia and Maeve. It would be good if adults would like to come out with us too.
