Next day we were on the road again ...
heading for a campsite at Geraudot Plage. This was quite a nice campsite but our main interest in coming here was to do some washing.
Again we were by the shore of a lake. This, like the previous one, was not a natural lake but created as a way of managing the flow of the river Marne. Clearly they were also developed for tourism and included areas of sandy beach, but at the time we were there it was very quiet and there were no cafés or tourist tat shops open.
