Here are a couple of pictures of the garden in early June

It was probably peak time for flowering, the delphiniums and the Johnson's Blue geranium (top picture) have now finished.

When we pick Ez up from school and walk her home through her local park she likes to stop off and climb the ropes. She's very confident with this now.

Voluntary Action Calderdale held an awards ceremony at Shay Stadium, Halifax, at which various local vol. orgs. were praised for their work. The format adopted was heavily influenced by the Oscars / Baftas etc. Videos were shown of the work of three nominees, in each award category, before an envelope was opened and the winner announced. We didn't get the long, tearful and thankful acceptance speeches though when the awards were collected.
IET came second in the 'Community Volunteering' category. There were only three of us representing IET on table 16, which was set for 12!

Ez has lost her first baby tooth, and she's quite proud of it.
