On Wednesday there was an urgent phone call from Mary Clear asking if I could get along to Brighouse tout suite for to pick up an 'award' for the courses we haven't put on yet. So Chris and I bobbed along and it turns out that Calderdale Adult Learning were having a low-key presentation of the 'approved partner provider' awards for the successful bidders in this year's Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Areas grant round. Still awake? We've blagged about £6,000 to run courses on growing, bee keeping, edible fungi production, herbal medicine and such. Which is what we want to do anyway. Prolly none of our top brass were available or could be bothered so sent me. I enjoyed it. There were pies.

Its obvious to my trained eye that you are certainly wearing a beautifully made suit of quality.
