Wild Flower Identification Course - Malham Tarn Field Study Centre

Weather could not have been better on arrival at Tarn House, a Field Study Council (FSC) residential centre since 1948, though owned by the NT. Darwin has stayed here, so has Charles Kingsley. I guess they wouldn't hit it off.

Our party disturbed at least this deer. He was not happy. By this time it was about 10 pm so we retired to the bar for bottled ale at £3 a go.
