We found this jigsaw puzzle in Dory's room. Harriet said it was her father's. All the pieces are there, but it was a pig to make as the ones in the centre do not lock in the modern manner. We think it's circa 1945 as it's in the 'Victory' series. Read the other details: cost, eight shillings and sixpence; made in Bournemouth. The title 'The World' is actually typed on the label.
We have been entertained most of the evening by the squawks of Broccoli the parrot.
