No sooner had we arrived at Horsley CCC site (despite Garmin miss-direction) than we were off to RHS Wisley. Splendid specimens in full bloom including two Peony rockii. Also able to see what Persicaria afinis should look like.

We met Sunny the Cat sleeping on a raised alpine bed. Later when we went in one of the alpine houses there was a sign advising the public to throw him should he venture inside.



There are two splendid Peony rockii at Wisley.
