On 21st August I was booked to show our French Visitors the IET sites they had not yet seen: Gorpley, Ferney Lee and an 'orchard' planting.
Here they are at Ferney Lee. The founder of IE France is in the centre. He is called François Rouillay and he is the Co-ordinator Nationale Incredible Edible France. Nick's been out to see him and has attended the start of an IE Versailles no less. Amazed they think they need one there with all that cake to eat.
They weren't impressed with the fruit and vegetables they saw. And I'm not that surprised; there weren't any! Well not on the scale one might expect in France with summer sunshine temperatures of 35C ... and rain. So that was another waste of a morning.
