Spuds for Sale from Gorpley Site

On Monday afternoon I went up to IET site at Gorpley with Sarah B-J. She is busy trying to sell our produce from IET sites to local outlets. Obviously this is not a money spinner, but at least our produce will be eaten. We lifted Charlotte, about a row in an hour. It was rather hard and heavy work, but at least it wasn't pouring with rain as it had been in the morning and for the rest of this week.
Sarah B-J is picking a few broad beans. She thinks we should have a Sunday work party to lift Charlotte and pick broad beans - for sale.
These are the 15 kilo of useable or saleable spuds we lifted. The other 5 kilos we shared between ourselves. Haven't had any yet.
