Also a really massive thanks to Tom for telling me via his Dad, Bob, how to fix the old Microsoft laptop. It was so easy when you're told what to do, but otherwise it just sits there dumbly refusing to work.
With Mick Blowers leading the work team I helped knock-off the tiles in the kitchen and level up the tile adhesive left on the surface ready for a plasterer to make good. There is also a small matter of re-locating some electrical points. Tomorrow we're going somewhere with Sophie-Anna, but as yet we haven't decided. Weather forecast is poor.
Pretty vicious wind and rain over today has battered several plants - worst affected was a monk's hood (aconitum).

You'll notice that the photos turn out a bit smaller when posted direct from the iPhone. There's a way to address this. If you simply copy the... actually - I'll run through it next time we're together ;-)
